Undergraduate Students

To apply for an undergraduate student position in Libraries IT, Facilities, and/or Admin, please apply through Success Factors and disregard the information below.

To apply for an undergraduate student assistant position in our libraries, please email libstudenthiring@purdue.edu and include the information listed below:

  • Your expected graduation year
  • Your spring 2026 class schedule and other time commitments
  • A screenshot of your Federal Work Study eligibility, which can be found in the Financial Aid tab of MyPurdue; note that work study is not required to work in Libraries.

After your email is received, your application will be shared with library supervisors across all locations. If there’s a match, they’ll reach out to you directly.

Graduate Students

To apply for a graduate student position, please skip the application and email your resume directly to libadmin@purdue.edu.
