Paws and Relax: Dog Days Are Here!

Feeling stressed? Need a break from your studies?

Join us for Dog Days, Purdue Libraries’ monthly stress-relief event, where you can relax and recharge with certified therapy dogs!

Event lineup:

Fall 2026:

  • First Thursday: 2:00–4:00 PM, Hicks Library
    • October 1, November 5, December 3
  • Third Friday: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, HSSE Library
    • September 18, October 16, November 20

Event details:

  • Each session lasts 2 hours
  • Individuals are required to sign a waiver to participate
  • Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the full session—whatever helps you unwind

Special Event Dates:

  • Family Weekend: October 16, 5:00–7:00 PM, front of WALC
  • Prep Week: December 9, 2:00–4:00 PM, location TBD; December 10, 5:00–7:00 PM, location TBD
  • Finals Week: December 14, 5:00–7:00 PM, location TBD
