No, Federal Work Study is preferred but not required to work in Libraries. All current undergraduate students at Purdue are welcome to apply.

Prior office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented students with a friendly attitude and willingness to learn.

Student library assistants can work up to 20 hours per week during the academic year.

Evening and weekend availability is highly preferred, and willingness to work those shifts will improve your chances of being hired.
